Crisis Resilience Initiative (CRI) is a women-led, not-for-profit humanitarian aid organization registered with the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission of the Republic of South Sudan. We implement both emergency response and long-term development programs for victims of man-made and natural crisis.

In Urieng Payam, our Family Tracing & Reunification caseworkers walk village to village to find children who have been separated from their families by conflict — like five-year-old Sebit, cared for by a temporary guardian until he can be reunited.
Through USAID and IOM's Rapid Response Fund, CRI has strengthened community-based child protection networks, established Child Friendly Spaces and delivered psychosocial first aid — building a protective net woven by the community itself.
